Dynamic Breathing: Saturday 8th June from 2:30 to 4:30
It is said that we average 20,000 breaths in a day. Are you getting the most out of each of those breaths? Better breathing has consistently been shown to have a positive influence on numerous aspects of our lives – digestion, circulation, immune function, energy levels to name a few. Yet most of us don’t know how it all works! In this workshop we will explore the dynamic 3 dimensional patterns of the breath, involving muscles, bones and organs, and learn some of the biomechanics and physiology of functional breathing.
