If you are curious about your body and wondering how to help it feel and move better, then this is the class for you. In this series of movement classes, we will look at the body with new eyes and discover amazing things! Using imagery and other novel tools, we will learn quick and easy ways to relax, yet wake up, different areas of the body and enable them to make a more valuable contribution to your movement and well being. Improve balance, posture, breathing, coordination and flexibility! Expect to stand/move most of the time during this class. No special equipment is required.
